When doing a rebuild, you never know what you will need, how long the wait/manufacturer period for said bad or good parts, machining time,.etc, etc. This list could go on for days. You can IN NO WAY expect that from any builder nor will they not even sign anything without knowing what said builder is getting into...You will not have one guy, builder, shop etc sign a piece of paper with that in writing and If they do, RUN....Its a great idea in theory but in no way is that a warranted expectation..Good luck..
